About UsSafetyOur company takes safety measures very seriously; therefore safety at each site is very important to us. On a yearly basis we engage a comprehensive and professional independent risk assessment to identify any risks that may arise, including actual and potential. Prior to any work being completed by our company we will provide a risk assessment to the client, which will include a very detailed report, to ensure that any risks are appropriately noted and dealt with. TrainingWe are always seeking to further train and develop staff and improve company structures to stay abreast of industry changes. At section 4 security we take a pro-active approach to training by ensuring that our guards are continually trained, and to involve our staff in motivational activities, thus ensuring improvement to their level of professionalism. In order to provide the best level of service for our clients, all our guards will undertake an intense training course based on the new site SOP’s. Our guards are fully licensed under the security industry act and Our guards are trained in certificate 1 and 2 and meet all the criteria for the security industry, including RPL courses, first aid, RSA and Green card. SOP's (site operating procedures)For any new sites, an extensive SOP will be prepared to suit the site.
